These terms govern the aviation support, coordination and assistance services provided by Flight Gateway Services Private Limited (“Flight Gateway”), a DGCA-enrolled Flight Clearing Agency based in New Delhi, India. By engaging us or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.
1. Nature of Our Services
Flight Gateway provides support, coordination and assistance to aircraft operators for flights relating to India — including flight clearance and permission assistance, overflight and landing coordination, ground handling coordination, and related operational support. We act as a flight clearing agency and coordinator; we are not a government authority, airport operator, or provider of the underlying regulatory approvals or third-party services.
2. No Guarantee of Approvals or Timelines
Regulatory approvals, permissions, slots, airport services and third-party arrangements remain subject to applicable laws, authority processes, airport rules, documentation and operational conditions. We use professional care and best efforts to prepare and coordinate your request, but we do not and cannot guarantee that any clearance, permission or service will be granted, nor guarantee specific timelines, which rest with the relevant authorities and providers.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely information and documentation for your operation, and for ensuring your aircraft, crew and flight comply with all applicable requirements. Delays, refusals or additional costs arising from incomplete, inaccurate or late information are not the responsibility of Flight Gateway.
4. Third-Party Services
Where your operation requires services such as fuel, ground handling, catering, transport, accommodation or security, these are arranged through licensed and approved third-party providers. Such services are subject to those providers’ own terms, availability and pricing.
5. Fees & Engagement
Service fees, scope and payment terms are set out in the quotation or agreement applicable to your specific request. Third-party charges (authority fees, handling, fuel and similar) are billed as incurred and are separate from our coordination fees.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flight Gateway’s liability in connection with our services is limited to the coordination fees paid to us for the specific request concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for the acts, omissions, decisions or delays of authorities, airports or third-party service providers.
7. Compliance
We operate in compliance with applicable Indian aviation requirements, including DGCA Civil Aviation Requirements Section 3, Series F, Part I, as relevant to flight clearing agencies. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual Property
The Flight Gateway name, logo, website content and design are the property of Flight Gateway Services Private Limited and may not be used without permission.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
